
The Health Sciences offers a variety of degree and certificate programs designed to successfully prepare students for a career in the diverse and evolving health care environment. These programs prepare students with the academic foundation necessary to thrive in the workforce.
The first step to beginning health career training at NOVA-MEC is to attend an information session.
General Studies: Health Sciences Specialization AS Degree
The academic foundation in this degree will allow students to continue their education by applying to a competitive program at the Medical Education Campus or prepare for entry to a variety of allied health or health sciences baccalaureate programs. Students should consult an academic advisor in selecting electives to this curriculum.
