You can track your order in multiple ways:
Additionally, you can check your order status by signing in to your account and clicking on "Orders." Look for "Where's my transcript?" in the image below, and you will see the status highlighted in orange.
For Continuing Education (CEU) students taking non-credit courses, please contact Workforce Development.
For students who have already acquired college credits. Go to our Credit for Prior Learning page.
Third-party ordering is for individuals requesting records on behalf of others, requiring a consent form signed by the student.
Follow the step-by-step instructions on Parchment's How it Works page.
If you are applying to George Mason University, please follow these guidelines for submitting your official NOVA transcripts through the Parchment system to the Office of Admissions:
Apply First, Then Submit Transcripts: Do not request a NOVA transcript before applying for admission to GMU.
Use Parchment for Transcripts: GMU does not accept NOVA paper transcripts or emailed transcripts. Utilize the Parchment system to submit your official transcripts.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for GMU to receive and process your transcript for your application. During this process, you may see a "hold" status, which is a regular step and does not indicate a financial hold on your record.
GMU's Office of Admissions receives all Parchment transcripts. Your NOVA transcript will be accessible to all academic advisors at GMU.
Send Transcripts Only to the Office of Admissions: Please do not send transcripts to any other office at GMU; send them directly to the Office of Admissions for processing.
