The Academic Program and Discipline Review Data Reports provide data on various categories to help programs/disciplines determine areas for improvement. Categories include unduplicated enrollment profiles, program placed student profiles (e.g., sex, enrollment status, age groups, etc.), degrees awarded, course success rates, retention and graduation, and transfer data.

Annual Planning and Evaluation Reports for Instructional Programs

Programs discuss the student learning outcomes, core learning outcomes, and program goals they are assessing, how they were assessed, the results of the assessment, and their plan to close the assessment loop.
