Handshake is NOVA’s free online career services management system. Students can access resources to develop and launch their careers, while employers can directly recruit talented NOVA students and alumni.

As of Summer 2026, NOVA is migrating to Handshake, with collegewide adoption set for Fall 2026. Some features may not yet be available, but check back frequently for updates.
