Jump Start your Science Career: DOE Applications for 2025 Student Internships Now Open
Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internship (SULI) Program is now accepting applications for Spring 2025 term. The deadline is October 2 at 5:00 p.m.
The Community College Internships (CCI) Program is accepting applications for the Spring 2025 term. The deadline is October 2 at 5:00 p.m.
Through the SULI and CCI programs, undergraduate students and recent graduates discover science and technology careers at the Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratories and gain the experience needed to transition from internship to employment. Interns work directly with national laboratory scientists and engineers, assisting them on research or technology projects that support the DOE mission.
SULI is open to full-time students attending four-year institutions and community colleges or recent graduates within two years of receiving their bachelor’s degree or associate degree, while CCI is exclusively for community college students.
NOVA CORPS
Student Affairs Paid Student Internship Program
The mission of NOVA Corps is for current NOVA students to integrate their classroom knowledge in the workplace while serving as interns to help prospective, new and current students start and finish strong at NOVA thus developing professional skills needed for jobs after college.

Dominion Energy
Careers in Energy Diversity Student Conference
The Careers in Energy Diversity Student Conference helps recruit outstanding interns and co-ops who reflect the communities we serve. This year, the conference will take place in person at Dominion Energy's headquarters in downtown Richmond, Virginia on October 9-10, 2024. Dominion Energy will cover all expenses related to travel and attending the conference.
Applicants must be current freshmen, sophomores, or juniors with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. The application deadline is June 9, 2024 and students are encouraged to apply now!

WRP Program at DOD
Sign up today for information about the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP), a government-wide program co-sponsored by the U.D. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Defense. The WRP program’s aim is to increase representation of highly motivated college students and recent graduates with disabilities through summer internships or permanent jobs.
Eligibility:

Commonwealth STEM Industry Internship Program
Commonwealth STEM Industry Internship (CSIIP) is available to two- and four-year college students. CSIIP partners with companies offering paid internships in STEM fields throughout the state.
