The Intramural Sports Program at Northern Virginia Community College provides an opportunity for every student to participate in an athletic or recreational activity on a voluntary basis. Intramurals promote good sportsmanship through a variety of team, individual and coed activities that enhance the potential for social growth and overall personal well-being. Your involvement as a participant or spectator is a great way to become an engaged member of the campus community.

Sign Up for an Intramural Sports League

There are plenty of sports and activities to choose from including soccer, flag football, bowling, basketball and more. Grab some friends, sign up your student organization, or get a group of your fellow NOVA co-workers together and register for a NOVA Intramural Sports League. or one of the various intramural tournaments.

The Campus Recreation Department is continually working to expand and offer new intramural sports and activities at each campus; so be on the lookout for events that interest you! Feel free to go to our IMLeagues page to check out upcoming activities and events that we have to offer. NOVA students are allowed to participate in all intramural activities at any campus. #OneNova
