Free Telehealth Support for NOVA Students
At NOVA, we care about your emotional and physical well-being, as well as your academic success. We offer TimelyCare, a free telehealth program for students that provides 24/7 access to virtual mental health care from anywhere in the U.S.
If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or are struggling with other mental health issues, you can talk to a licensed provider during secure video visits from your smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer.
Eligibility
TimelyCare is available to NOVA students who are not enrolled through Dual Enrollment. Students under age 18 who are eligible for TimelyCare may access telehealth services with parental permission.
Accessing TimelyCare
Students can access TimelyCare by logging into myNOVA or registering on the TimelyCare website. You can then have visits from any web-enabled device – smartphone, laptop, or desktop.
