Please create a free account on Career Connection (powered by Symplicity), NOVA’s system designed to connect students, alumni, and employers. Organizations recruiting at the College must create a free account in Career Connection to ensure open and equal access to all NOVA students.
Some of the many services available to employers using Career Connection:
- Post jobs and internships that are visible and searchable by all students and alumni
- Collect resumes from applicants via email, PDF resume packet, or externally
- View and register for NOVA recruitment opportunities, such as career fairs
- Share your own hiring events directly to our career events calendar
