Please create a free account on Career Connection (powered by Symplicity), NOVA’s system designed to connect students, alumni, and employers. Organizations recruiting at the College must create a free account in Career Connection to ensure open and equal access to all NOVA students. 

Some of the many services available to employers using Career Connection:

  • Post jobs and internships that are visible and searchable by all students and alumni
  • Collect resumes from applicants via email, PDF resume packet, or externally 
  • View and register for NOVA recruitment opportunities, such as career fairs
  • Share your own hiring events directly to our career events calendar

Career Fairs Participate in high-traffic, college-wide recruiting events to showcase your organization, connect with talented Students and Alumni, as well as build your hiring pipeline.
Event Sponsorships Boost your visibility and show your commitment to student development by sponsoring key career events, workshops, or networking receptions.
Employer Campus Tabling Reserve a table in a high-visibility campus location to meet students informally, distribute materials, and increase brand recognition through face-to-face engagement.
Resume Clinics & Networking Events Join resume review sessions or informal mixers to connect directly with students, offer real-time feedback, and identify promising candidates in a relaxed, relationship-building setting.
Information Sessions (Virtual & In-Person) Host an information session to share your company’s story, highlight career paths, and answer student questions in a focused and interactive setting—either on campus or virtually.
Employer Site Visits Invite students to your office or facility to provide a behind-the-scenes look at your work environment, introduce them to your team, and build early interest in your organization.
Employer Professional Development Lectures Lead a workshop or lecture on professional skills, industry trends, or workplace readiness to position your company as a thought leader and engage with students in a meaningful way.
