Step 1: : Confirm Eligibility

You must certify that you meet the following criteria:

  • A City of Manassas resident (20110 zip code only). *All participants will be asked to provide verification of residency in the City of Manassas.
  • A Virginia resident for the past 12 months 
  • Some programs may require completion of High School/GED, college, or equivalent.
