Step 1: Confirm Eligibility

You must certify that you meet the following criteria:

  • A City of Manassas resident (part of 20110 zip code only). *All participants will be asked to provide verification of residency in the City of Manassas. You must reside within the city limits of the City of Manassas to be eligible for this funding.
  • A Virginia resident for the past 12 months 
  • Some programs may require completion of High School/GED, college, or equivalent.
