The NOVA Services portal will be down from Tuesday, May 12, at 5 p.m. until May 13, at 12 p.m., for system upgrades.

Unavailable services: Users can’t submit IT Help Desk tickets or new forms, manage existing IT requests or use other portal features during this time.
Urgent needs: Contact the IT Help Desk at 703-426-4141 (or toll free at 855‑259‑1019) if immediate assistance is required.
Post-maintenance: A confirmation message will appear once the portal resumes normal operations.
