The Information Center is the information hub for all NOVA campuses and centers. It serves as a point of contact for students, parents, staff, faculty and the community. In recognition of outstanding efficiency and effectiveness, the College Information Center has been designated a Certified Center of Excellence by Purdue University’s Center for Customer-Driven Quality.
The Information Center provides timely, accurate and educational information by telephone, Web-based communications (live chat & email) and print mail.
Holiday Hours of Operation
To meet the needs of our students, our core operational hours are as follows:
Monday: 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
Tuesday–Thursday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Campus information desks assist walk-in visitors from 12:30–5 p.m. and direct them to the appropriate staff as needed.

Live online chat service is available during Information Center hours. Representatives respond in real time; the initial average response time is 30 seconds. Online chat provides customers with a quick and alternative way to communicate with the Information Center, without compromising the quality of service.
