Surefire Cafe offers a wide-ranging selection of freshly-prepared foods by experienced chefs. It will incorporate items for special dietary needs, such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut allergies. They have hot breakfast and lunch, grab-and-go options, coffee and barbecue specialties.

Vending Machines
Coca-Cola provides cold vending machine beverages on NOVA campuses, and Gilly Vending provides snack vending machine products.
Vending Machine Locations on Campus
Coca-Cola has an exclusive agreement with NOVA to provide beverages on all campuses and at events, whether a NOVA-affiliated event or a private event using NOVA facilities. All events serving beverages must use Coca-Cola products.
A portion of all vending commissions is returned to each campus at the beginning of each fiscal year to support capital improvements.
