NOVA’s Loudoun Campus has classrooms, computer labs and a theater available for rent by business and professional organizations. Community groups and individuals are also welcome to rent our facilities for special events like recitals, concerts, seminars and more.

Classrooms are available in the LR, LC and LW buildings on the Loudoun Campus. Each is equipped with desks, whiteboards, projector and a teaching station that is equipped with HD DVD/VHS player, Image Capture, and the ability to connect a laptop.

Handicap seating is available in all classrooms.

Non-Profit Organization: $15 per hour
For-Profit Organization: $25 per hour

Large classrooms are available in the LR, LC and LW buildings on the Loudoun Campus. Each is equipped with desks, whiteboards, projector and a teaching station that is equipped with HD DVD/VHS player, Image Capture, and the ability to connect a laptop.

Comfortable and open spaces with large tables and windows, available in the LR and LC building. Each is equipped with technology to meet all your meeting needs.

Available in the LW building, these rooms have stadium seating and are perfect for meetings and film showings. Each is equipped with whiteboard, projector and a teaching station that is equipped with HD DVD/VHS player, Image Capture, and the ability to connect a laptop.

The Waddell Theater has 230 seats, superior lighting, sound and projection capabilities, and is located on the first floor of the Waddell Building with convenient parking and loading dock access. The theatre is available for rent by community businesses or organizations.

The open and bright space is ideal for registration tables or ticket and concession sales. It's also great for after event receptions and photos. There are movable tables and chairs along with comfortable arm chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a sink.
