Course Description

ITN 115 - This course focuses on understanding, configuring, and using Windows 2003. Topics emphasized and covered are disk management, hardware management, installation and configuration, managing profiles, group and user management, authentication issues, shares, permissions, backup and restore, print management, terminal services, and troubleshooting a Server. (3 semester credit hours) Recommended Co-requisites or Pre-requisites ITN 101 or IST 200 College level reading and writing ability
