HRT 230 - Site Analysis (2 CR.)
Course Description
Applies skill sets and knowledge from the lower level Horticulture courses and apply them to Site Analysis. Lecture 1 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 3 hours per week
General Course Purpose
This course is designed to take the information gathered from the site analysis including site inventory, physical, biological and cultural attributes and allow there integration and synthesis into the development and implementation of a design.
Course Prerequisites/Corequisites
Students must be able to take the basics information gathered relating to the site and apply the principles of analysis and integration into site development.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course students should be able to:
- Deal with multiple attribute analysis
- Look at site development capacity
- Develop concept
- Prepare drawings related to site
