How to Qualify to Apply
Refer to the Radiography Information Session for detailed information on each of these requirements including competitive ranking information and other accepted substitutions.
- Have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at NOVA
- Complete SDV 101 Orientation to Healthcare with B or better grade
- Complete ENG 111 College Composition I with B or better grade
- Qualify to enroll in MTH 161 Precalculus I; qualification only—applicants do not have to complete MTH 161
- Complete RAD 105 Introduction to Radiology & Patient Care with B or better grade
- Complete BIO 141 Human Anatomy & Physiology I with B or better grade within past 10 years
- Complete BIO 142 Human Anatomy & Physiology II with B or better grade within past 10 years
- Complete TEAS with minimum score of 50 in Reading, Math, and English within past 3 years
How Eligible Students Apply
- Submit an online application during the application period
- Attach all applicable TEAS scores to the online application
- Check your VCCS student email – allow 4 to 8 weeks from the deadline for notifications
- All accepted students must attend both days of the in-person program orientation
