Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday Closed

Virtual Advising allows students to speak one-on-one with a professional advisor to explore academic options and opportunities via Virtual Lobby (Zoom), chat, or email.

Hours

In order to best meet the needs of our students to prepare for the start of the spring 2026 semester, Student Services will operate under the following hours for the month of January 2026:

  • Week of January 5 - 9: (Core Operational Hours)
    • Monday, 9:00am – 7:00pm
    • Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
    • Friday, 9:00am – 12:30pm
      • Campus Information Desks will assist walk-in visitors between the hours of 12:30pm – 5:00pm and direct them to the appropriate staff as needed.
         
  • Week of January 12 - 16: (Week before classes begin, adjusted hours)
    • Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 7:00pm
    • Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
       
  • Week of January 19 - 23: (First week of classes)
    Classes Begin: Tuesday, January 20, 2026
    • Monday, College Closed (Martin Luther King Day)
    • Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00am – 7:00pm
    • Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm
      • Campus Information Desks will assist walk-in visitors between the hours of
        2:00pm – 5:00pm and direct them to the appropriate staff as needed.
         
  • Week of January 26 - 30: (Return to Core Operational Hours)
    • Monday, 9:00am – 7:00pm
    • Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
    • Friday, 9:00am – 12:30pm

Surefire Café

  • Location: CF Building, 1st-floor Café

  • Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Surefire Cafe offers a wide-ranging selection of freshly prepared foods by experienced chefs incorporating items for special dietary needs, such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut allergies.

To use the Fitness Center, you must have a valid Student ID. In addition, you will need to complete a brief orientation session and sign a waiver. The orientation process usually takes about 20 minutes. Once you have completed the orientation, your Student ID will allow you to access the Fitness Center.

Hours:
The schedule may change periodically throughout the semester to accommodate PED classes with different starting dates.

The gymnasium portion of the fitness center may not be available during all posted hours; The Ernst Cultural Center frequently rents the gymnasium to outside people and organizations, which could affect gymnasium availability.
