Dental Hygiene/Restorative Clinic

The Dental Hygiene Clinic of Northern Virginia Community College, Medical Education Center, offers student‐provided oral hygiene care to the public. This service is offered so the dental hygiene students may fulfill the clinical requirements of their college degree program. In the Medical Education Center clinic, student hygienists work with patients under the supervision of a dentist. All work is carefully and frequently reviewed by instructors who are registered hygienists.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

For dental hygiene, the cost is $35 per cleaning session. For the Restorative Clinic, the initial appointment is $100. Other procedures will be on a sliding scale.

Who is eligible?

Anyone may take advantage of our services, but there is no babysitting provided and children without an appointment are not allowed in the clinic.

How do I make an appointment?

Call 703.822.6694 for a cleaning appointment. Restoration appointments must be made in person.
