Workforce Learning Series: 'Making Implementation of PMP Best Practices Affordable'
Start Date: 4/18/2013Start Time: 6:00 PM
End Date: 4/18/2013End Time: 8:00 PM

Event Description
Making Implementation of PMP Best Practices Affordable.

By necessity or otherwise, many companies and individuals continually look to improve or simply fix their project practices. In this effort, adopting best practices, such as the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), can be a solution or a nightmare.

A common process can be simple or become so rigid and cumbersome as to defeat the best efforts of any team. Matthew Weaver will discuss several approaches and techniques to project-oriented process improvement, which offer success in determining the best practices needed and introducing them in a manner that ensures success.

He will give special attention to the varied needs of small and large projects and organizations, suggesting a one-size-fits-all approach that is practical, necessary, efficient, and affordable.
