5K Run: Health and Wellness Expo

Event Description
Time: Registration 7:00 a.m. | Race starts 8:00 a.m.
Health and Wellness Expo 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Race: The day will begin with a 5k run/walk from Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center parking lot, and finish on the NOVA Woodbridge campus.

Expo: The runners are then welcome to join their families and the community for a free health & wellness expo in the NOVA Woodbridge campus parking lot.

Stage: A 15x25 foot stage will be front and center of all the activity. The day will be filled with entertainment including local bands and a variety of fun fitness demonstrations everyone can join in on, from yoga to martial arts.

Admission Information:
*Runners will be shuttled to the start line at Sentara
Entry Fee: $25 for runners/walkers, $10 for children under 12. Race Day Registration: $35
