Event Description
This session will discuss tips on how you can use built-in features of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint 2010 to make your documents, presentations, and other materials accessible to users with disabilities.

You will learn how to create accessible Word documents and presentations by adding alternative text to images and objects, organizing content to be easily read by screen readers, running the built-in accessibility checker, and more.

The session will also include a discussion of free web-based and downloadable tools you can use to create captions for your Panopto and other streaming videos.
