Event Description
When: Friday, October 25th, (10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
Where: Career & Transfer Center (CA Building, Room 105)
How: 1. Please stop by the Career & Transfer Office to pick up an On-site Decision Request Form. Once form is completed and turned in to the office you will be contacted in reference to scheduling an appointment. FORMS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL OCTOBER 10TH. 
2. Supporting documents will be brought to appointment. 
3. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee an appointment. We will review your eligibility on a first-come, first-served basis and follow up with you via email; you will receive an email regardless of your eligibility.
Please be advised that there are specific criteria that transfer applicants must meet in order to register to attend and receive an on-the-spot decision.  There is no way to waive the GPA/CREDIT requirements!
-You must have EARNED a minimum of 30 completed college credit hours (if you will not have 30 credits until the end of this semester, we will not be able to review their transfer application and they should not anticipate receiving an on-the-spot decision at this event) 
-You must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5, or higher 
-You must bring unopened official transcripts from each college or university they have ever attended with them to the event (unofficial transcripts/opened transcripts will not be accepted, and decisions are not able to be made using them) 
-You must have submitted an online application for transfer admission, no later than Friday October 18th   (there will be no fee waiver)
-You must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or refugee 
-Please be advised that we are unable to review applications for any of the School of Arts, School of Engineering, Nursing or MCV Campus (health science) programs at this event.
