IT Help Desk

Attention! New myNOVA Password Protocols

There may be long wait times evenings and weekends due to the increased call volume from new security measures. PLEASE HOLD ON! Agents will get to you. We understand the frustration and appreciate your patience.

New security measures have been implemented by VCCS to protect your privacy. You are now required to set up 5 security questions for User verification or be locked out of MyNOVA when your password expires.

If you have not done so already, log into MyNOVA, select ‘Account Details’ and set up your security questions NOW!

This new authentication process has created a surge in call volume resulting in longer than normal wait times. In addition, the verification process is now more stringent and takes more time to complete. Additional staff has been assigned to the Help Desk to assist with this surge and our goal is to respond to each inquiry as quickly as possible.

Once you successfully set up your 5 security questions, you can reset your password using the self-service tool instead of having to call the Help Desk. On the myNOVA login page, click on Forgot Password.
