Provides information and resources necessary to identify and utilize appropriate performance metrics when evaluating contractor performance Explores processes for working with the customer to ensure contract performance and assessment is satisfying customer's strategic requirements. Discusses strategies and performance remedies, how to make and process contract changes after award, how to handle disputes and how to close out completed contracts. Lecture 3 hours per week.
