With NOVA’s Career Studies Certificate (CSC) in Site Development, you can work in civil engineering or construction — or go on to earn degrees in civil engineering technology, urban and landscape planning or construction management. Job opportunities with the NOVA certificate include CAD operation, land planning or land development technician, and civil or construction engineering technician.

Construction Supervision Career Studies Certificate

With NOVA’s Career Studies Certificate (CSC) in Construction Supervision, you’ll be ready to work in building construction and engineering technologies. You could work at construction companies assisting project managers and general contractors in preparing estimates and interpreting contracts, among other duties, or in construction administration. You could also work independently as a construction site supervisor or facilities manager.
