No classroom attendance. Student must have Internet access and basic computer competency. Lecture emphasizes weight management and effects of aging. Class will meet on the following dates: May 18 - Lecture, 9 AM - 12 noon May 25 - Lecture, 9 AM - 12 noon June 1 - Day hike June 8-9 - Overnight backpacking June 22-23 - Overnight backpacking Students must be able to handle the physical rigors of backpacking. Students must supply own transportation. Trip dates dependent on weather.
