PRINCIPLES OF INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTS AND BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS (3 CR.)
Introduces students to key issues and conflicts surrounding international
contracting and business transactions, provisions that govern international
contractual relationships, drafting, interpreting, negotiating, and
modifying contractual agreements. Lecture 3 hours per week.
