In alignment with the vision and strategic plan of the College, the Office of Student Success collaboratively coordinates:

• a student and learning-centered organization;
• a student centered-culture of academic success and persistence through proactive initiatives;
• support for faculty and staff in utilizing resources available for all;
• active participation and contribution to the Achieving the Dream network; and
• amplification of NOVA students’ voice and success.
