Pathway Virtual Orientation

Now that you have registered for your first semester of classes, the next step is for you to participate in Pathway's Virtual Summer Campus Orientation Retention Experience (CORE). Due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, orientation (CORE) will be a completely virtual experience through Canvas.

CORE has two parts. Complete both online for your orientation.

These canvas modules will familiarize you with the college, Pathway Program expectations, and resources to support your success in college.

  • Complete at your own pace.
  • Go to your MyNOVA > Canvas > The Pathway Experience > CORE Module > Module 1.1 and 1.2
  • Once this is completed, you will be prompted to register for Part 2.

After completing Part 1, you will be prompted to register for Part 2.

  • See your CORE Canvas course for more details.
  • Optional advising sessions with a Pathway Advisor will be held for only one hour after each Navigation to Success session for only session attendees.
  • Please note that space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
