Open registration for Northern Virginia Community College’s spring 2015 semester starts Nov. 17.
Students can secure their classes while the most choices are available without paying tuition until Dec. 16. Starting Dec. 16, tuition is due by 5 p.m. on the next business day after registering.
Online registration is open 24 hours a day at www.nvcc.edu and personal assistance is available at NOVA’s six campuses in Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Springfield and Woodbridge.
Students must register by 11:59 p.m. the day before a session begins. The spring 16-week session and first eight-week session begin Jan. 12. Other sessions start later in the semester.
Hundreds of online courses are offered for students who prefer independent study. Online courses are best suited for students with self-discipline and good Internet skills.
