If you are seeking a rewarding teaching position close to home, mark your calendar for the upcoming Adjunct Recruitment Fair to learn how you can become a part-time professor at the Manassas Campus of Northern Virginia Community College.
The fair will be held on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 10 a.m. to noon and Tuesday, Feb. 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. During those times, faculty and staff will be available to provide more information about teaching opportunities at NOVA’s Manassas Campus.
Applicants should bring an unofficial transcript, resume and government-issued identification. In general, faculty who teach transfer courses must hold at least a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline. For non-transfer courses, other qualifications may suffice.
