The fall 2011 Prince William Regional Workforce Development class schedule has been released with hundreds of noncredit courses in a wide variety of career building and personal enrichment subjects.
Popular certificate programs in Federal Contract Management, Human Resource Development, Wedding Coordinator and more are back for fall. Exciting new courses include “Law Office Management for Paralegals,” “Developing and Managing a Dynamic Team” and “Mandarin Chinese.”
As part of Northern Virginia Community College, Prince William Regional Workforce Development provides professional preparation and lifelong learning opportunities to residents and businesses through offices in Manassas and Woodbridge.
The Manassas office recently moved to NOVA’s Innovation Park Center to provide easier access for people in western Prince William County.
“We are delighted to be at Innovation Park Center and believe our students will appreciate the convenient location, free parking and state-of-the-art classrooms,” said Program Developer Pat Carrow. “Friends, both old and new, are invited to stop by for a tour of our new space.”
Innovation Park Center is at 9485 Innovation Drive, just off University Boulevard in Manassas.
Eastern Prince William County residents can continue to use the Workforce Development office at NOVA’s Woodbridge Campus.
