The first cohort for the 2009-2010 Leadership Program was limited to 16 participants. Applications were accepted between September 15 and October 1, and the response was overwhelming. Forty-four candidates were identified. The Administrative Council chose participants based on the quality of their application, the recommendation of the Supervisor and Provost or Vice President and evidence of leadership potential.
