Accessibility Navigation:

Welcome to the Nursing Division. Nursing is an exciting career that offers a variety of tracks for men and women who are committed to learning and helping others.

Dear prospective nursing student:

I am very pleased that you are considering applying to the Nursing program at Northern Virginia Community College. Your first step is to review the program information posted directly below this message under the two links titled New NOVA-VCCS Common Nursing Curriculum Starting Fall 2018 and NSG Info Session for Common Curriculum. Be sure to carefully review the new curriculum document and the mandatory information session.

Once you have reviewed these, if you still have questions, you may visit one of the NOVA Student Service Centers to meet with an admissions counselor. An admissions counselor can explain the program options and provide the best guidance regarding program pre-requisites, transfer credits, and the admissions process. Our Student Service Centers will see you on a walk-in basis. You can find the locations, and days and hours of operations, on our web site at:  http://www.nvcc.edu/student-services/index.html.

I wish you the best in your academic endeavors.
