NOVAGraphics is the branch of Marketing & Creative Services that provides print graphic communication services to NOVA's programs and offices. These services include, but are not limited to, creating NOVA's identity package and producing brochures, flyers, posters, and booklets, both for internal and external use.
WORK REQUESTS
Work requests for official college graphics projects can be sent to novagraphics@nvcc.edu. You can also submit your request through Google Docs or download and print the project form by clicking the appropriate button below. All projects processed through NOVAGraphics require a minimum of three weeks to complete. New designs, programs and brochures may take longer. A confirmation number will be sent via email when your project is entered into our production calendar.

We gave NOVA's mascot, Ace, an update by designing a body to give him more character and personality. This also allows us to support NOVA's brand in new and unique ways. The body design was created by NOVA graphic designer, Shelley Russell.
NOVAGraphics creates the design for the Schedule of Classes each semester. This example is a change from previous schedules, using student artwork on the cover instead of photography.
This series of videos was developed for our social media platforms to run through Native American Heritage Month. Similar videos were produced for Black History Month, AAPI Month, and others to recognize the contributions of the celebrants.
These slides were created for use on the Direct Messaging System (TV screens) across the college. This particular set of slides was used to publicize NOVA's Commencement ceremonies.
NOVAGraphics created this piece for local legislators showing various college demographics on one easy to digest sheet.
This was a series of videos produced by NOVAGraphics and used on our various social media platforms to appeal to Aftican American students.
During the COVID-19 emergency, NOVAGraphics created a series of videos, posters and signage using a masked Ace as a unifying theme.×
