Although NOVA provides these settings, the IT Help Desk does not provide support for third party email clients. Support is limited strictly to communication issues. If assistance is needed, please contact the vendor of the software or go to their respective websites.
How do I block junk email and spam in Outlook?

NOVA maintains an enterprise anti-spam filtering solution to minimize the amount of malicious email received by end-users. The best way to avoid spam and junk email is to follow these safe computing rules:

  • When you receive a suspicious email, delete it.
  • Never reply or click on hyperlinks in a suspicious email.
  • Avoid giving out your primary email address for non-work related purposes.
