Tuition assistance applies to a maximum of six credits per semester.
$1,900 per fiscal year for full-time or P-3 employees.
You must receive a passing grade of "C" or better.
Access to tuition assistance is limited based on the availability of funds.
Tuition assistance is limited to those costs not covered by another source (e.g., veteran’s educational payments, scholarships, and grant-in-aids).
Complete Education Assistance Request form and follow instructions listed on the form:
- Form 105-043A is for NOVA credit courses
- Form 105-043B is for external courses.
Both forms can be found here. Submit via email to email@example.com for review and approval. This process may take up to four weeks for HR to process once the completed form (with appropriate signatures) is received. Start the approval process as early as possible. HR must receive the complete request prior to the course start date. Late submissions to HR after the start date cannot be accepted.
