Our hiring process starts when the manager submits a Notice of Vacancy (NOV) on NATs. After the NOV goes through the approval process it becomes the posting for the position. After the posting closes, the manager screens all the applicants to identify the most qualified applicants. The manager then sends a short-list of candidates to their HR Consultant for review to ensure they meet the minimum requirements before they are granted an interview. After the interview process is complete and the manager has selected their final candidate, the manager must submit a Hiring Proposal (HP) on NATs with all the required documentation. Once the HP has been fully approved by the necessary departments, HR extends a formal job offer to the candidate. After the candidate accepts the job offer, the onboarding process begins on SilkRoad.
