The Employee Relations Team is dedicated to helping you resolve work-related performance issues, such as grievances.
The Employee Relations Team will:
- Provide guidance to all parties of a grievance regarding the grievance process and all applicable state/college policies
- Facilitate the overall grievance to ensure the grievance moves through the process in a timely manner
There are different grievance procedures for Faculty and Classified Staff:
- Faculty employee will follow the VCCS Alternative Dispute Resolution and Grievance Procedures Policy 3.13
- Classified Staff will follow the DHRM Classified Grievance Procedure
