The DEI InNOVAtion Grant Program for NOVA Faculty and Staff

The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, in partnership with the NOVA Foundation Board of Directors, is pleased to announce the DEI InNOVAtion grant, focused on diversity, equity and inclusion.

The InNOVAtion grants program offers faculty and staff an opportunity to apply for funding to pursue imaginative, innovative projects that further the college’s commitment to Inclusive Excellence, as well as support the college’s current strategic plan in its emphasis on furthering diversity, equity and inclusion for faculty, staff and students. Recipients will be allotted up to $7,000 for their DEI-related project.

Projects that are specific and substantive and show a direct impact on students or the NOVA community are encouraged, and proposals should have a college-wide impact. Cross-campus, cross-department, or community partner collaboration is also encouraged.

Grant awardees will be asked to present an impact report at the NOVA Foundation Board meeting, as well as via other Office of DEI events.
