- Will NOVA Workforce/Continuing Education/ACLI courses be offered in person or online?
We are transitioning to online instruction for the weeks ahead. However, given the hands-on nature of specific classes and clinical requirements, some classes may be rescheduled. You will be notified by email and provided with specific instructions for your course. If you are unsure what format your course is offered in, visit nvcc.augusoft.net for more information.
- Where can I find the status of my NOVA Workforce/Continuing Education/ACLI course(s)?
If you are currently enrolled in Workforce course(s), you will be notified by email and provided with specific instructions related to your course. You can also visit nvcc.augusoft.net for more information.
- I am having problems accessing my Workforce course online.

- What if I have questions about the attendance policy for online classes?
Your instructor will provide you with specific attendance requirements for your class.
- What if my course is canceled?
We will notify you if your course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or other extenuating circumstances. You may elect to switch to a future course or receive a full refund.
- What if my course is rescheduled?
We will notify you if your course is rescheduled to a later date. If you cannot attend the class at a later date, you may elect to switch to another course or receive a full refund.
- How long will classes be online only?
Online instruction will be offered for the remainder of the 2020 Spring Semester. Visit nvcc.augusoft.net for updates.
- What if I cannot complete my course online?
If you determine that you cannot complete your course in the new format, you can submit a request to NOVAWorkforceAnswers@nvcc.edu to switch to another date/course or drop the course for a tuition refund (NOTE: Tuition only; we cannot reimburse non-refundable credit card fees or other course-related expenses). Each student’s request will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be made based on each student’s statement, supporting documentation, and the merits of the case.
