| Prerequisite is TRV 116. Studies airline computer reservation system entry instructions and processes to enable the student to acquire proficiency in developing itineraries, building passenger name records, and accessing other standard airline and travel information procedures. Includes car rental, hotel reservation, and other functions of major computerized reservation systems. Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 6 hours per week.
