| Prerequisite is NUR 142. Introduces the surgical specialties of general; gastroenterology; gynecology; ophthalmology; ear, nose and throat; dental; oral and maxillofacial; plastic and reconstructive; pediatrics; oncology; neurology; orthopedics; cardiac; thoracic; vascular; transplant; and trauma in a laboratory and clinical experience. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 6 hours. Total 8 hours per week. (Only prereq of being in NUR Plan is hard-coded)
