| Prerequisites is College placement ELIgibility for ENG 111 and MTH 126. Studies professional ethics and laws relating to the vision care professions. Issues include practice, inter-professional and intra-professional communications and referral. Covers appointment systems, recall systems, and efficient patient flow in the office. Includes inventory, ordering supplies, office maintenance, payment methods, and computer applications in the vision care practice. Lecture 2 hours per week.
