| Teaches PD measurements, use of frames and lenses catalogs, construction and design of eyewear, frame nomenclature, zyl and metal frame selection and adjustment. Explains fitting of conventional multifocals and of progressives, general office, procedures, quality standards, effective patient communication, and professional salesmanship. Lecture 3 hours per week.
