| Presents information concerning technical communication and its role in stone carving, and various methods of working with stone. Covers appropriate use of drawings, tables, and blueprints, locations of deposits, methods of working with stone (drilling, cutting, cracking, blasting), and material defects in stone. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 4 hours. Total 6 hours per week.
