Prerequisites are ACQ 121 and 122. Introduces the principles, concepts, and issues involved in the federal acquisition of Automatic Data Processing (ADP)/Federal Information Processing (FIP) requirements. Emphasis is on the statutory and regulatory base underlying the acquisition of ADP/FIP. Lecture 3 hours per week.
