Civil Engineering Technology
Our Engineering Technologies program prepares you for employment and/or continuing education in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Construction.

Communication Design
Work in the media industry with a specialization in graphic design or interactive design.

Construction Management Find a job as a construction supervisor, estimator or facilities planner with training in construction and engineering technology.

Environmental Studies
Explore the horizon. Look to the future. Interested in the intersection between society and science? Biology faculty are now offering new Environmental Studies courses.

Motorcycle Rider Training Program
Learn to ride a motorcycle or take your riding to the next level with one of the most popular programs from the Office of Continuing Education and Workforce Development.

A vibrant and energetic program designed to meet the needs of a diverse student body to gain entrance to a four-year music program, obtain an associate degree in music, further your own musical abilities and knowledge of music, and take private music lessons or participate in an ensemble.

Paralegal Studies
Work in the legal field under the supervision of an attorney. Courses will prepare you for the NALA or NFPA exam.

Pre-Med and Pre-Dental
Maximize your preparation for medical/dental school, or dental hygiene programs with the support of an advisor in the Biology department. 

Real Estate
We offer several courses, including the course needed to take the Virginia Licensing Exam (REA 100), which meets the 60-hour classroom requirement.
