Event Image Auditions for the Spring Play (Multi-Day Event)

The Annandale Campus Liberal Arts Division and NOVA Annandale Theatre Society proudly announce auditions for the spring play “Four Weddings and an Elvis,” a romantic comedy with seven male and four female characters. Auditions will be held February 26 and 27 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Blackbox Theatre in the CC Building, Room 115. You do not need to audition on both days –just pick one of the days. Callbacks will be on February 28 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Auditions will be cold readings from the play –you do not need to prepare anything in advance. There will be four performances: April 26, 27, 28, and 29. If you have questions or would like a cast breakdown or complete rehearsal schedule, please e-mail Sara Weinstock at sweinstock@nvcc.edu

This autobiographical performance reveals Ayanna Gregory’s multi-dimensional existence as a daughter of the Civil Rights Movement. Ayanna chronicles important and historical events throughout her father’s life of fame and human rights activism from a daughter’s perspective.
